Welcome to Half a Story.
You can post your stories here, and you can get feedback, you should also give feedback if you get feedback.
Please try to be constructive when you're giving feedback, don't just say "This is great" or "This is bad" tell people why, and what you think worked/didn't work about their story.
Try to keep things friendly and if you have an issue with someone or feel harassed don't hesitate to report the offenders.
This area of the forum (Reader's Nook) is available to everyone. Members get access to the feedback and other areas (Writer's Room).
If you post your stories in either of the boards in the Reader's Nook they will be deleted.
You have to become a member to get feedback, this is to maker it fair for everyone.
What you can do in the Reader's Nook boards is post links to pages around the internet that have your work on them. But if you'd like feedback directly on the forum, please follow the rules and join.
Any advertising of the non-writing related variety, including advertising a service or website that has nothing to do with writing will be deleted and the offending member will be banned.
You can post links in the Helpful Links section for the following:
Author Websites
Publishing House Websites
Links to your own work on other sites.
Links to helpful sites for writers, such as advice columns and such
Links to other services similar to this forum.
Links to blogs on writing.
All other links will be treated as spam.

Half a Story started as a bit of a joke on Facebook and then I decided you know what? It should be a thing.
Basically I said to a friend that there needs to be a service for writers with half finished stories, and so from that simple idea, this forum was born.
